BRIDGING EDTECH AND STATE LEADERSHIP
About Me
With over two decades of experience in education and edtech, I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between innovative technology and K-12 classrooms. From teaching in Massachusetts and the UK to leading sales at major edtech companies like Discovery Education, Amplify, and ClassLink, I have developed deep expertise in sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and building strong state and district partnerships. Now, through Stated, I help edtech companies refine their sales strategies, strengthen relationships with LEAs and SEAs, and drive meaningful impact in education.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about leadership, mentorship, and community service. I have served as the VP of the Voorhees Board of Education, where I chaired the Technology Committee, and currently serve on the board of the Westport Young Woman's League, chairing the Minute Man Race—a 46-year tradition that has raised over $100,000 under my leadership for Fairfield County nonprofits. My experience has shown me that success in edtech isn’t just about selling products; it’s about building relationships, understanding the needs of educators, administrators, and students, and creating lasting change.
While my career is a significant part of who I am, family and community remain my foundation. As a mother and active volunteer, I understand the balance between professional ambition and personal commitments. Whether leading initiatives, serving on boards, or simply spending time with loved ones, I believe in the power of connection—both in business and in life. Through Stated Consulting, I bring that same sense of purpose to my clients, helping them achieve success while keeping the heart of education at the center of their work.
